I wanted to write and personally thank you for the amount of time, effort, and insight you provided during my recent interview process. I started my new position last week and could not be happier. Many of the issues that my employer or I could have faced were put out on the table early in the process. All expectations, deficiencies, and job requirements were clear before joining the firm; and this information allowed both parties to make smart, well informed decisions. You enabled this level of communication and trust, as well as fostering a collaborative environment for us to negotiate in.

I especially want to note the amount of time we spent on the phone and in person, all the while confidential. You didn't need to go that far to find a candidate for your client, but you did.
